Here is a summary of the essential information you will need before making a booking enquiry. Our full terms and conditions will be made available when you are ready to book.

• All of our properties are self contained with their own entrance and keys.
• We are flexible regarding change-over days, subject to availability. Our weekly prices are shown for either Friday or Saturday arrival dates.
• Your property will be ready for you by 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property by 10.00 am on day of departure. We may be able to acccommodate different times by prior arrangement.
• Short breaks are available throughout the year for a minimum of two or three nights. Winter short breaks are available from November until mid March and can be booked as far in advance as you wish. Summer short breaks are available from mid March until early November on short notice (within four weeks of the arrival date), except during high season from the first week in June until the last week in August when bookings for short breaks will only be accepted on a last minute basis (within seven days).
• A non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks before the arrival date. If booking within six weeks of the arrival date, the whole price is payable immediately. We recommend that you obtain appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
• Our prices include all linen, towels (please provide your own swimming towels), and gas and electricity used for heating and cooking. Linen will be changed if your stay is for two weeks or more.
• Our prices include use of the swimming pool and sauna (£1.00 tokens supplied).
• All properties are equipped with digital television, DVD, stereo, radio, and CD / cassette player. A video recorder is available on request.
• Our fully fitted kitchens are equipped with oven, hob, microwave, extractor fan, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
• All properties have either their own washing machine / dryer or access to one in a separate laundry area.
• All properties have garden furniture and access to a shared barbecue.
• We have installed a new digital telephone system with direct dial to each property. Guests are asked to pay for outgoing calls.
• For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors.
• One pet dog will be permitted at the Lodge, two at our discretion, subject to an additional charge of £15.00 per dog per week. Pets must not be left unattended in the house.
• All guests enjoy access to the extensive parklands surrounding Pitcairlie House via newly installed and maintained pathways.
• Ample parking is available near each property.
